Dad and I were getting a bit scruffy, so dad got a haircut on Sunday, and I'm getting trimmed tomorrow. Even though I'll probably be chilly without as much fur, at least I won't get such big tangles that I have to squirm to try to get free when mom and dad try to brush them out.
Even though it was rainy almost all weekend, mom and dad still took me on a couple walks when the rain had stopped or slowed down. I liked splashing in the puddles, and when they weren't looking, I ate a worm. They saw when it was too late and I swallowed the sucker. Mom said it was really gross and she wouldn't let me near her for awhile after that.
I was watching "Be My Valentine, Charlie Brown" on tv last night, and I got to thinking that I sort of look like Snoopy. Aside from that he has a white head and mine is black, otherwise, we both have white bodies with a black spot and black ears. Snoopy is great, and I kind of want to convince myself that I'm as cool as him!
