First Christmas gift!

Heather, my groomer, gave me our family's first Christmas gift. I didn't have any patience and opened it immediately, and then proceeded to try to rip the snowman's head off. It's how you know I really like a toy - I try to destroy it.

The look on my face pretty much says it all; I'm not sure about the glowing pumpkin or the lawn gnome behind me. Camp is getting spooky at night, just in time for Halloween....

Since I wouldn't do anything but hold my ball, mom pet Fionna, the bulldog whose teeth wore down from chewing on tennis balls, which mom sometimes tells me will happen to me to. Even so, Fi is pretty chill and I get along with her ok.

Sometimes dad has to work at night on the computer, and mom usually keeps me from bothering him, but there are other times when I'm a slight distraction. At least I'm a cute distraction.

This was me happy and wet after my morning run with mom. It's also me with way more fur than after my haircut this evening. I'll post pictures in the next couple days when I'm less camera shy.

All in all, I got a mostly clean bill of health. I'm supposed to lose a couple pounds, got ear drops for the beginning of an ear infection, and mild steroids for allergies. Mom and dad say I'm expensive. I like my vet though, so that helps.

football letdown!

It was fun to have friends over yesterday, even though Francis is kinda an old grandpa and didn't really want to play with me. I still had a good time with the company, in spite of the football not working out how we were cheering.

This is an interesting blog from someone mom way long ago worked with. It's funny about her getting a new seeing eye dog. Her dog sounds way more obedient than me.

what's a marathon?

Last week I stayed at camp so mom and dad could sleep lots since they ran a marathon. I'm not sure what that is, but when I came home, they put this heavy thing around my neck and wouldn't let me chew it.

trip to Best Buy

"Starcraft 2: Wings of Liberty" came out today, so I went with dad to his favorite toy store, Best Buy, to get his pre-ordered copy.
